Traditional South Buffalo lower in the Irish Heritage District. NOT suitable for children aged 1-12. 10 minutes from Canalside, Key Bank Center, Sahlen Field and downtown. 20 minutes from Highmark Stadium. 30 minutes from Niagara Falls. Stumbling distance from the Buffalo Irish Center. The space I have spent the last year adding little touches to complete the feel of staying at Grandma's house. It's a never-ending process as I continue to stumble across just the right addition to the ambience. This had made the unit unsuitable for children, as there are many fragile and potentially dangerous items displayed. I have also listened to my guests' suggestions and addressed issues like a shortage of power outlets and a bathroom window that offers more privacy. Guests have left comments using words like "comfy" and "homey". Many have said it is much larger than they had imagined. My two cats and I live upstairs. One of them will visit on request if you need a fur-fix. Guest access You will have a private entrance from the street. The unit includes 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room and sunporch. In warmer weather, feel free to sit on the porch or enjoy the shade garden in the backyard. Other things to note This neighborhood has alternate parking. In order to eliminate any confusion/tickets, my guests park in the driveway during their stay.
