~2 mi from Legoland This is a 3BR/2BR Home (1 BR is locked ) Smoking/Vaping not allowed You will have full access to the: -Master Bedroom with bathroom & closet -Regular Bedroom with guest bath -Full Kitchen -Laundry Room -Living Room I will be available in the area but will not stay in the home. Areas NOT accessible for guests are: -Garage -Patio -Backyard -Locked bedroom We strongly urge everyone to leave outside shoes in the foyer as we have maintained to keep the home clean. The space There are lights around the community. You can jog around and the community residents are very nice and friendly with a mix of all ages. Guest access 2 Cars can park in the driveway. Other things to note Please!!! NO Smoking NO Vaping NO Parties (Or else there will be a fine of $300 for each incident) If i visit the place, usually 0-1 time per week, I only access the garage for my tools and items. You will still have your privacy inside the home.
