Boat launch nearby. The space Large screened porch with a dining area. Covered parking area with a pellet smoker. House consists of 2 separate spaces with an adjoining door. 1 large living area with 3 bunk beds and double bed. This area includes a small kitchen and bathroom with a large shower. The second space includes a kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has two double beds, the second bedroom has three single beds. An air mattress is available at the house. Guest access Lots of parking for trailers with UTVs or boats. House is on a paved road that doesn't flood. The public boat launch has plenty of parking. Other things to note The Pearl River sill(dam) is located just downstream of the house and boat launch. Please exercise extreme caution when accessing the river. Life jackets will be made available if you need extras.
