The 1400 square foot home sleeps up to six with it's own private yard. Lots of amenities right on the 15 acre property. Minutes too from the Spring training fields, Golf Courses, Cardinal Football Stadium, Desert Diamond Casino and lots of grocery, restaurants and shopping are very close nearby. If so in Surprise Arizona Friesian Groves/Bradbury Farms is what you are looking for. The Guest house you can stay in is a stand alone 1400 square foot luxury guest home with a private fenced back yard you can bring your dog along to share the fun with as well. But that’s not even the beginning of what this place has to offer. The guest house sits inside a truly private oasis of over 650 mature citrus trees on 15 acres that block out the world around it yet you are close to everything you need. Some of the things you can do here is take walks through the grove and see all sorts of wildlife like birds and rabbits. In season, December thru March, you can pick fresh ripe citrus from any of its trees. Year round you can visit the 14 resident horses that live in the barn or catch up with them out in the 4 pastures and riding arena. When we have open stalls, you can even bring your horse along for an extra fee. The place offers something new every day in the way of ranch activities going on that you can watch and get to know the inner workings of a horse/citrus ranch. In the hotter months you have full use of a real resort style pool area in the rear of the main house ( see the pictures). You have a nice back porch area on the back of the guest house with its own BBQ and seating areas. Out front of the guest house is a bench situated in the rose garden that is great to sit and read a book at or have your morning coffee at and watch the sun rise. All landscaping around the house gets weekly service, As to location – the ranch is just a mile off the 303 freeway at the Waddell off. Literally withing 1-5 miles is every kind of store, restaurant, service center, Doctor, Pharmacy and more you will need. There are also 3 different stadiums and sports complexes within 10 miles and accessible by freeway. Want to go to Grand Canyon, Flagstaff. Sedona, Prescot or one of the other norther cities in Arizona you just jump on the 303 freeway and it connects you to the 17 Freeway and even shortens your trip by about 30 minutes from staying in Phoenix proper. Going South on the 303 connects you to the 10 Freeway which leads to Sky Harbor airport (about 45 minutes away) or to Tucson and even to San Diego and Las Angeles. What were saying is its well situated and convenient. The Guest House itself has two Bedrooms - two Baths - a very nice Kitchen with a raised breakfast bar sitting area, a full-size washer, and dryer in the Laundry, a large Great room with Gas remote-controlled fireplace with an adjoining Dining room area. It has an Alexa home control for many of the lights inside too- A new Alexa driven Flat Screen TV, 5G Verizon Internet with your own private code. Built in Vacuum system and Air cleaner filtration of the high efficiency AC/Heat pump unit. The kitchen has most every type of cooking ware you will need and if its not there ask if we have in the main house we will send it over. Cleaning service is available at an extra fee as well for those of you that are staying a while and don’t want to do it . We strive to make this a vacation you will enjoy and many of our annual guests are repeat ones every year. Seriously this is a very unique property and one that is more like being in your own private resort than a home. Summer rates May thru August apply (30% off of the calendar rate for stays of 7 days or more ) and winter rates are full calendar rate unless stays are 30 days or more and then we will give you a special offer. Just contact us through Airbnb. Airbnb restrictions on non-wedding parties on the property are still in effect. That does not mean you can not have a few friends or Family over to visit you on the ranch just no organized parties. Guest access All guests have access to the Barn & Horses to view and feed carrots and apples ( with the owners' approval first please). You also have access to the pool and pool area along with the entire orchard area that's full of fruit you pick in season or just enjoy a private stroll thru the grove. The private backyard of the Guesthouse is yours to enjoy and relax in have a BBQ ( supplied) or just enjoy the views and fruit trees. Yes, you can pick some and enjoy it when in season. If you have less than 6 in the home too and some friends drop by they are welcome to stay in the Guest House ( up to 6 total people) with you as well for one to two nights - again at no extra costs.
