We are seated on 10-1/2 serene acres of rolling hills and meadows, a mere 10 miles from Old Hickory Lake and easy freeway access to 65/Nashville. Our lower level apartment is perfect for our guests who wish to enjoy all that the city has to offer, and then retreat to the quiet countryside in your tranquil private space. There are no steps/stairs for our guests who need an accessible space. The space Enter through our gated driveway to your private sanctuary with 24-hour key-less access. Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by 9' soaring ceilings throughout all 1,130 sq ft of this lower level apartment, creating a great space for your group or family. The unit includes two living rooms with flat screen TVs (one with gas fireplace), kitchenette with bar, dining area, shower over tub with separate vanity room. Kitchen includes standard size refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven. Sleeping accommodations for 6+ including Master w/ King bed, 2nd bedroom with Queen bed, Living rooms with sofa, and pull-out sleeper sofa. 3 Flat screen TV's. Crib available upon request with advance notice. Everything is ground level/no stairs. Travertine flooring, plantation shutters, and custom Porter Paints throughout. Private covered patio area with ceiling fans and charcoal grill available for guest use. Other things to note Please note* Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book with us. There are no laundry facilities in the apartment for guest use but there are several nearby laundromats. Thank you!
