A futon couch and a convertible kitchen table to bed. Also, if you never been in Florida be advised we have bears, deer and raccoons. We do have mosquitos and other bugs depending on season. Please keep doors behind you closed to prevent them from getting in the trailer. If you do notice any bugs inside please let me know and I can get thr RV retreated. Also, I do have a dedicated cleaning person that I use all the time. If there is anything we can work on to make our place cleaner or better just let me know. Finally, if there is anything that isn't working properly or needs immediate attention just give me a shout as I do have family and friends in the area always willing to help your stay more enjoyable.
