This is a historical Arts and Crafts home built in 1925 located a block from downtown Palatka, Florida. The location of the home is semi-commercial. Palatka is a rugged town with areas of distress and has taken longer to recover from recession. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. However, the people are quite friendly. There are numerous antiques stores and several great restaurants. Home is located blocks from St. Johns River and Ravine Gardens. The space The bungalow is located on a residential and commercial area of town. There are distressed, abandoned and beautiful homes all on the same street. There is a drone view of the location of the home in the pictures provided in the listing. Guest access All of the home is available to guests. Other things to note Palatka is a diverse community. Please contact host if you wish to request a reservation alternation. Some dates are blocked for deep clean and can be unblocked. Some holiday weeks may be blocked because I am traveling and may open dates for retuning guests who are already familiar with bnb and would need minimum assist.
