Decor is eclectic. We are 10 minutes from downtown Wilmington and approximately 30 minutes from Philadelphia International airport (PHL). We're near Longwood Gardens, Winterthur and Hagley Museums (historic duPont mansions). We have a fenced-in yard as well as access to loads of green spaces for dogs. The space We live in an architecturally-diverse neighborhood. Both Lisa & I are retired. Other things to note The house was built in 1938, and we raised a family in it since 1987, so disclaimer: it’s got some character in the form of creaks, cracks and imperfections! ;)
