Welcome to the apartment on Pennell! This apartment offers a modern, recently renovated peaceful and private setting right next to the woods! Large windows allow natural light to spill into the open-concept living space. Expect to see deer and other wildlife. Our place is 2 minutes from Barnaby' restaurant, 5 minutes from Linvilla Orchards & Neumann University & also 15 minutes from State Street in Media where you can enjoy food, drinks, shopping and or just strolling. The space This apartment is located on the Media/Aston, Pennsylvania line. We are very close to Linvilla Orchards & Neumann University. We are about 15 minutes from downtown State Street, Media, PA, where you can enjoy dining & shopping. Conveniently, we are also 15 minutes from Iceworks skate rink for all hockey travelers. The apartment is next door to a veterinary hospital, so expect safety and 24-hour OUTDOOR surveillance. There are NO cameras inside the apartment. Our space is off a main road, but we are still in the woods. Our apartment is smoke/vape free, please go outside. Guest access The apartment is next door to a veterinary hospital that is owned operated by your Airbnb host. Your apartment has its own keyless entrance and parking spot. There are two flights of steps to get to the apartment. Other things to note Our space has a 4 guest maximum. Our unit has 1 queen size bed in the bedroom & 1 futon/couch in the living room. We allow up to 2 parking spots total for our guests. There are two smart TVs. Both have Roku. However, we do not provide any Netflix, Hulu, ect. login information. Guests are welcome to use their own and then delete them prior to checking out. We do not have basic cable.
