The property is available to rent year round for reunions, weddings, hunting, biking, sledding and other outdoor enthusiasts. Great for weekend getaways. Long term, seasonal, corporate and mine workers welcome. It comfortably sleeps 16. The space the home sits on 5 acres in beautiful rural southeast Idaho. Approximstely 7 miles from the closest town. Lava Hot Springs is 25 miles from the home. Other things to note This is a no smoking no pet property. Violators will be charged $150 per pet and $300 for smoking. We also allow tents and RV's to accomidate larger groups. There are NO hookups available. Violators using house electricity will be charged $35 per night per vehicle.
