Charming 3 bedroom house with 2 full baths, kitchen, living/dining room, front & back decks, front & backyards. Open feel with lots of windows that let the sun shine in. Close to Woodstock village, Bellaeyre, Hunter, Minnewaska State Park, Kaaterskill fall etc. Outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, skiing, swimming, fly fishing, golf, fall foliage, music, art galleries, theatre, unique shopping and dining. All people are welcome! Spanish is spoken. On parle francais. We speak Italian. The space You can rent the whole house or just one or two rooms. All bedrooms have queen size beds. There are additional sleeping spaces available: a queen size futon in one bedroom and air mattresses if needed. There are two bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, toaster, juicer, etc. Guest access There will be juice, coffee, tea, bread, eggs, cereals, etc. available for breakfast. There is a washer and dryer in the downstairs bathroom that guests can use. There is Wi Fi, board games, crafts for children, etc. During your stay If you rent the whole house, the host won't be on site but can be contacted for any questions or needs that may arise. If you rent one or two bedrooms, the host will likely be present and will interact as little or as much as you would like. Other things to note Four bikes are available for guests to use in season.
