Our space is in a small but fantastic town, perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. Rensselaer's unique art scene is renowned; check out over two dozen murals that grace our revitalized downtown. Play disc golf at Brookside Park-we have discs for guests' use! Our listing fee is what it is-no separate "cleaning fee." We'll always leave you with homebaked goodies, & make sure there are farm fresh eggs in the fridge. When you're ready to relax, head to Saint Rayburn's Place. The space This quiet, 600 square feet apartment is above our detached garage. Private and yet very safe and secure. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed, and in the living room, a futon. Shower only/no tub. Full kitchen with a full sized washer and dryer. Guest access Guests are able to come and go without fear of disturbing us. Large deck is available as well. Other things to note The space is ideal for two adults and up to two additional children. More than two adults would likely feel a bit TOO cozy! Please ensure that you are booking with your full legal name. We may request additional information prior to booking and reserve the right to request photo identification. We do have a large dog that resides inside our house. She is very friendly, but we do our best to keep her away from guests. We are a non-smoking AirBnB, but have provided a designated outdoor smoking area.
