This is a SHARED home! We are a busy family on 12 acres very close to downtown Delaware and 30 minutes from Columbus. We are an "as-is" home...nothing fancy, but a place to sleep, a friendly family, and home-cooked breakfast if desired. We have dogs, cats , rabbits, bees & chickens. You can collect eggs, pet the bunnies and observe the bees and purchase their honey. During this phase of life we can offer a 2nd floor bonus room that can sleep up to 5 with a SHARED full bathroom. The space The living areas can all be shared, including the kitchen & living room, although our family is often in these areas. The sleeping quarters are private, comfortable and have reading material and games. We do have 3 twin beds in the UNfinished basement for overflow guests. Contact me to see if that space is available. We have plenty of gravel driveway parking and land with a creek to roam. If you need to sleep more than 5 people you may want to consider checking our other Airbnb room listed as "Family Kid Friendly Farm Getaway 2." Guest access You will have access to the kitchen, 2 shared bathrooms, living areas on the main floor, the unfinished basement with bed/bath and out doors. During your stay We are in and out with our family activities. Our availability depends on the day. Other things to note We have 2 friendly dogs and are always in the midst of projects. Please don't expect Better Homes & Gardens. We are a busy family who comes and goes often, but understand the value of needing an affordable place for a single or a family to overnight. Breakfast is an option. If you are out early you can prepare your own with our bread/eggs/fruit/coffee. Weekends might fine me cooking so if the timing works out with your breakfast time you can join us for my prepared breakfast. The Airbnb room has a mini fridge. Laundry is available for $5 per wash & dry. Our water has a high iron content. We have a whole house softener, but it doesn't completely eliminate the iron content.
