A total of 6 private guest rooms. There is a third floor innkeepers quarters that offers spacious one bedroom apartment with kitchen, full bath and laundry. This space is available for reservations as a separate space. it has a separate entrance on the side of the house. TheGlens Falls Inn is a remarkable structure with details of original moldings, hardwood floors, pocket doors and various other nuances of its time. It has been brought up to all the amenities of todays modern world but carries an incredible timeless old world charm of historical appeal. Guest access When booking the entire home with 6 guest rooms you will be have full use of the kitchen and laundry facilities. If booking is for a single guest room .... all guests will have access and full welcome use of the living room, dining room and wrap around front porch. Complimentary help-your-self coffee and tea station located in the kitchen. Storage in the Refrigeator and use of the microwave, glasses, dishes and utensils. During your stay I will make it a point to meet you to help you feel at home at the Inn, give some direction on your stay and to where to find things that you may need.Also, fill you in on some activities, restaurants and shows in the area. However, if for one reason or another I am not there when you arrive, please text or call me on my cell phone which will be posted inside the vestibule. My intention is to give you your own space and be available only as you choose. If you are booking the entire house with all rooms I leave you to your privacy but always available by phone. I am usually only 20-30 minutes away. Other things to note There is a 3rd floor apartment offers one bedroom, kitchen, full bath, laundry and private separate entrance. It is known as the 'Top of the Inn" or Innkeepers Quarters. This is designed for the business traveler or those who need a space for more than a few nights. This space is ideal but NOT limited to extended stays, temporary residence, trainees and interim situations. Walking distance to many businesses including the Glens Falls Hospital, Theatres, Travelers, Cool Insurance Arena and a number of various event and work places.
