The home features an electric fireplace, and plenty of seating for you . The space Each of our 15 homes has a theme and is designed for different travelers. The Sanctuary House was designed to accommodate families, friends business executives, and couples looking to recharge and reconnect. The home is clutter free, the linens are 1800 thread count, mattresses top of the line with adjustable beds( except queen pullout sofa bed) and the pillows are ample. Several games are provided as well as a fold out game table and poker chips for game night or crafting. You will enjoy a large rear deck covered deck with with an ample rear yard for BBQ ( duel grill) and fire pit. The home is perfect for your 4 legged family members . It backs up to an unfenced dog play area. Dogs must be on leash and picked up after when out side. This area is the exception where you can play with you pet. They are welcome here up to 40 lbs. each 2 max and they are free of charge dog bowls provided. Our neighborhood is all about quiet and safe enjoyment of nature. We are not suitable for parties gatherings and entertaining at the homes. Included on the property is a two car garage. If you wish to host a gathering we do rent our clubhouse for those. We have Heather and Hetal they are available by appointment and for extra charge will come into you home or at our outside pavlion by the dam for massages and facials . We are in processs of constructing a gym and spa . Our goal is for you to enjoy time, experience, and overall stay with us. We respect your privacy and value your time. On the day of your arrival, you will receive a text message with check-in directions for your specific rental . We guarantee 4 pm availiablity for check in but allow you to check in as soon the home is ready. If the home is ready prior to 4 pm you will receive an additional text. We also allow drop off of food or any other belongings except pets at the home anytime after 12 noon with prior notification. We pride ourselves in having a contactless check-in and check-out process via our keypad door lock system. Each guest is provided a unique four digit code that corresponds with the last four digits the phone number used to book . For your safety and security once your home is cleaned and ready the previous quests code is deleted and yours entered. Only staff and you have access to the home and we have a log of which code was used to enter the home. We are available for our guests for any questions or concerns during your stay until 10 pm . For emergencies 24/7 with on site maintenance and clean staff. We look forward to hosting you. Guest access You will find amenities while enjoying a peaceful and quiet lake community. If you are looking for things to do while you stay with us we encourage our guests to use our walking trails, use the kayaks. peddle boat and bikes, visit the lake, or go fishing.catch and release. TOY shed has bikes chairs, coolers, and some games and life preservers for your use free of charge. Most of the year we have kayaks, row and peddle boats also included with your stay. We do have a club house but it is mostly used for parties and weddings. It can be available ffor you to play pool or cards during weekday daytime hours. you While Swan Lake is not your typical resort, it is a rather a lake community intended to provide a quiet retreat from the busy world.
