All of us must Wash hands upon entering the house from outside at the downstairs bathroom and before touching anything in the common areas 2). No smoking in the house; No burning candles or open flames 3). Everyone must wash hands after using the bathroom 4). No shoes on the stairs, or upstairs area. Socks are okay 5). We can use house-shoes in downstairs areas 6). Keep Alarm system on always; Police responds to alarm within 5 mins 7). Park on street at the front of the house or by the street next to the garage. 8)(a) Bathroom/shower must be left clean; I sanitize after every Individual use (b) No personal towels in the Bathroom, use the closet door hanger (c) Run the bathroom fan while using shower (d) Leave bathroom fan running for 20 mins after shower (e) Shut bathroom door after using bathroom always 9). Never open the windows: (Medical reason) 10). Front door must be locked when we leave the house 11). Rinse Dirty dishes before putting them in the dish washer 12). Please let us pick after ourselves 13) Laundry once per week 14). Checkout time is 11:00AM; Hand key to me or leave it on the desk in your room 15). Guests can come in and out at any time but must lock and arm Alarm system ALWAYS. (24 hour system) Guest access Front door access by key. You can access the following areas: Kitchen, Pantry, Refrigerator, Keurig Coffee maker, Dinning room, one of the 2 living spaces, all bathrooms, Laundry room and Backyard.
