I have an extra bedroom and bathroom in my over-sized home that is perfect for single or multi-night stays. My home is in a peaceful and private neighborhood so it doesn't get a ton of traffic or outside people wandering in (which is one of the reasons I love it). My property is 1-2 minutes from the highway and minutes from grocery, movie theatres, restaurants and other creature comforts. It's one of the safest and cleanest neighborhoods I've had the pleasure to live in. The space The bedroom features a full bed along with TV with several streaming services. You'll also enjoy complimentary fiber WIFI. You'll also have access to the recently remodeled kitchen and living room including a massage chair. The downstairs has laundry facilities and is accessible if accompanied by the host (me) :-) There is also a brand new deck that you are welcome to use along with a charcoal grill. I do have a friendly and clean feline on the property and I can restrict her from the guest bedroom and bathroom for reservations made a day or more in advance. For same day check-in I will do a additional vacuum, dusting and bedding check. Guest access On arrival, please park on the left side of the driveway. For check-in I can either provide you a door code or if I'm home I'm happy to do a personal check-in and meet and greet. You will be able to use the left side of the garage to park overnight for normal sized vehicles or we have designated parking spots on either side of our block (about a 10-15s drive) for oversize . Overnight parking in the driveway or street is not allowed due to HOA rules in my neighborhood and I can get fined if this rule isn't adhered to. At this time I do not allow check-in on weekdays past 10:30pm and 11pm on weekends pending prior approval. During your stay I will be available to answer questions and provide assistance during your stay and you can reach me over the ABB app, my cell or if I'm home just come grab me if you'd like. :-) Other things to note For guests that are allergic to kitties, a Zyrtec seems to be the miracle drug of choice. :-)
