Conveniently located on a quiet cove just 5 minutes from Toledo Town restaurants and shopping. The space Fantastic views of the lake and incredible sunsets. Enjoy the outdoors on the deck and boat dock or sitting around the fire pit. Three of our bedrooms and the Great-room all share the spectacular western view of the lake. The large living, dining and kitchen space is great for entertaining and taking in the beautiful lake. Guest access Guests have access to everything on the property. For now, we do not have access to a boat launch so Lanan Landing on Lanan Park Rd will be the closest access point for launching your boat. This is just on the north side of the Lanan bridge on 191. The house includes a laundry room with washer and dryer, ironing board and extra fridge with ice maker. The kitchen includes all your expected appliances, microwave, electric range with convection oven, automatic dishwasher and side-by-side fridge with ice maker. We also have most small appliances that you would expect from a busy household like blender, automatic coffee maker and Keurig, rice cooker, waffle iron, George Forman grill and hand mixer. The kitchen also includes 2sets of dishes and flatware, serving platers and utensils, crockpot, pots and pans etc... almost everything you have at home! The house has its own water filtration system so all water entering the home is filtered. Other things to note We hope that your stay is filled with fishing and other outdoor activities but if the need arises we are equipped with Suddenlink cable TV and high speed internet. We have TVs in all four bedrooms as well as the great room and the internet is available via Wi-fi connection through out the house and as far out as the fire pit.
