Sitting off a short dirt road, but only 2 miles from the Columbia airport and 12 miles to downtown Columbia, this manufactured house has a small creek at the back. One bedroom has a full size bed and direct access to the hall bath, the second has a twin bed. The master has a queen bed, walk-in closet, and private bath. Plenty space to park boats, or RV's. New laminate floors in common areas. The space This is an older mobile home. While we try our best to keep up on the maintenance, it is still older and shows its bumps and bruises. If you require a newer house for it to feel clean, this is not going to be there property for you. Please reconsider booking. However, if you are ok with older and quirky you should love sitting at the kitchen table or covered porches and watching the birds. You will occasionally see the neighbor's horse or donkey pass the fence. Enjoy quiet time at the creek! Note that the Jetted tub is no longer operational. The flooring was replaced in 2023 and roof in 2024. Well taken care of mobile home. Guest access Guest have the house to themselves. There is a lot of land and the owners may occasionally camp on one of the acres away from the house. Other things to note We need the identification of the adults who will be staying in the home. We will only be able to host you on the initial booking for 28 days or less. After the initial booking we can extend your stay using a lease. A rental agreement is required for all bookings. Smoking in the house or patios will incur a cleaning fee of $500 to pay for remediation and restoring the house.
