THREE ROOMS for one great price! We welcome you to our relaxing and warm space. (1) A quiet bedroom with a comfy queen bed & blackout curtains. (2) A cozy living room with an inviting sofa, TV, fridge, Keurig, kettle and work table. (3) A newly renovated bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub. All separated from the main house by a privacy curtain. You will be in your own East Wing (or is it West!!?). And... we love having people in our home - relax, unwind and enjoy! The space We name our rooms.... here we go! Bedroom (Joy Room) ...has a queen bed, with cotton white sheets and duvet. Comes with hanging space for clothes and closet shelves. Blackout curtains help you sleep at night and you are on the quiet side of the street (you can see leafy local trees). Ceiling fan. Extra blankets available along with slippers, hairdryer, curling tongs, and straighteners. USBx4 charger station next to bed. Living Room (sometimes known as the Prayer Room) ...is small room next to your bedroom. A place to watch TV (all apps including netflix, prime, youtubetv, pbs and more). Comfy sofa. Large table for workspace. A Keurig is available with coffee/tea pods/creamers. Small refrigerator is there for cold storage with a mini freezer for ice. Great view from the window along with small bird feeder! Charging station. Bathroom (Navy room) ...Navy blue and white just renovated bathroom with raindrop shower head as well as hand held shower (both can be used at same time). Jacuzzi bathtub (only certain bath products can be used), new vanity and toilet. Vanity has any additional items you may have forgot to pack as well as hand towels, make up towels, hair turban towels, and fluffy white bath towels. Bath products for tub and shampoo, conditioner and bath wash provided. Rest of the house ... we have a small bonus room as you come out of your 'wing' which is nice place to gather your stuff or read a book. Downstairs is the living area with big tv, recently renovated kitchen/dining room and patio outside. RSM has lots of place to walk and go to and we are in walking distance of the lake, O'Neil Wilderness Park and local shops and restaurants. Guest access Access... always the fun bit!!! FRONT DOOR: Access to the home will be via a keycode box so you can come and go as you want. KITCHEN: You are welcome to grab breakfast cereal, toast or an egg if you wish along with hot tea/coffee. You will have use of the kitchen but we ask you don't spend too long in there as its a shared space!! You have your own Fridge in your room to store your personal food. PATIO: There is a small intimate patio with a bbq that you are welcome to hang out in. WIFI: Wifi access? Yes (pretty fast as we love fast wifi!) who could be without it?! POOL: There is a pool and hot tub in the middle of the complex you can use up til 10pm. PARKING: You can park in a slot outside the house during the day, but from 8pm you need to park on the street which is a 3-5min walk away. Please make sure you read the parking rules as we don't want you to get towed. WASHER/DRYER: If you are staying for a week or more, washer/dryer is available on request. During your stay Come and go as you please! We both work from home so will be around to answer any questions. Have a sleep in or get up with us at 7am. Other things to note DOGS: We have two small dogs, who are as mild as cucumber. They will bark when you come in but its so they can lick you to death! They are very well trained, but they will always bark on arrival. If you don't love dogs, this might not be the place for you! CLEANING: Plant base cleaners are used in every room in the house to make cleaning more organic and natural. WATER. The house has a full water softener/purifer throughout, so your shampoo will go further! We also have two water pure reverse osmosis taps in the kitchen. SHOES. We do ask for no shoes upstairs and have a shoe tray by the front door if you require it.
