The Lodge is a one-of-a-kind getaway boasting 5 bedrooms (sleeps 20+), 2.5 baths, a well-equipped kitchen & large spaces for friends & family to gather, both inside and out! Guests have access to explore trails and creeks nestled in the valley of a 1600-acre Nature Preserve, protected in partnership with The HSUS Wildlife Trust and The Nature Conservancy of Arkansas. Meadowcreek is the perfect spot for groups of all kinds. We welcome yours to come experience life in the valley! The space The best descriptions of what it's like to stay at the Natural Lodge come from our guests: "This is the place to unplug, recharge, and reconnect!” "Meadowcreek is a magical place you will NOT want to leave and you will never forget!!" Guest access The Lodge is a split-level building with a Queen Suite (with private bath) on the lowest level along with "the commons." Common areas include the main entry, a cook's kitchen, multiple dining areas, coffee & tea station, lounging couches, a wood-burning stove, and sliding glass doors to the patio. The second landing has dorm-style shared facilities with two half baths and two showers, and 4 more bedrooms are just up the stairs on the third level. This is a remote location among dirt county roads and trails. There is no cell service in many areas in and around Meadowcreek, however there is WiFi at the Lodge. Enjoy relaxing, gathering with friends or family, bike rides, walks through the forest and along the waterways, hunting for fossils (take pictures and leave them where they lie), enjoying the biodiversity, and star gazing without the light pollution. Other things to note The Natural Lodge is located in a 1600-acre valley owned and protected by The Humane Society of the United States and The Nature Conservancy of Arkansas. Meadowcreek, Inc. holds a lifetime lease on the property. We are in a remote and rural area surrounded by nature and wildlife. Trails are under a canopy of trees and access to the creek is rocky. Please plan accordingly with proper clothing, footwear, bug spray, or other items based on your own physical needs.
