Perfect for business travelers, parents of college students or vacationing families. The space The flat is very private, almost separate from the house and brightly lit with natural light. The 1200 square foot space with Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, disposable dishes and utility ware. The living room/theater has comfy micro-fiber recliners in tiered seating and accommodates a queen size inflatable mattress available anytime for extra guests/kids. A 65' LCD screen with Netflix, BlueRay Player, and Amazon Prime are part of an elaborate decor from the entertainment industry. Other amenities include a mini fridge, full fridge (located in the garage), washer/dryer available 24hrs a day, ironing board, spacious closet, shower/tub surround, driveway parking, high-speed wifi and excellent location. Guest access The entire basement is yours which includes the guest bedroom, bathroom and living room. The main floor kitchen (stocked with pots pans, utensils etc.) and Laundry are available 24hrs a day. During your stay I live at the property part time however I am always available should you need anything. The basement is secluded and entirely yours.
