This two story apartment in a cape cod colonial is on the river over lock and dam 4 and the railroad tracks through town. I has a deluxe bathroom, an open staircase, full kitchen, with eating area and seating area on the Main Floor. The bedrooms have AC which keep the whole house comfortable. The space This is one of two rental apartments in town that is on the Mississippi River overlooking the lock and dam number four. The train noise is livable and the building is very well insulated however you will hear trains now and again day and night here and at any place on this side of the River and below the crest of the bluff 500 feet above. Other things to note I do book these apartments by another method as well and AirBNB availability does not guarantee that I have not booked the apartment otherwise.
