The spacious second floor self contained 2 bedroom apartment above the garage in our colonial farmhouse is located only 1.5 miles to Dock Square, Kennebunkport. Numerous restaurants and shops are 5 minutes away. There are adjacent woods and fields to wander and walk. Cape Arundel Golf Club is 1 minute away. We do have 2 Golden Retrievers and a cat that share our space. The space The apartment has two private bedrooms, a full bathroom, a full kitchen, and a living room with a large sofa and chairs. We have numerous fans for hot summer nights and a/c for bedrooms can be arranged if needed. Guest access The entry door leads to a private staircase to the apartment. Guests are welcome to roam the property which includes a large field with a flower farm, pond, and numerous trails through the woods.
