Special for $327.00 all 4 bedrooms to accommodate up to 14 people or $59.00 for one room on our AZ ranch by the Superstition Mountains. No Smoking or Alcohol ! There are local trails to hike and parks. A private pool & cabana available end of May to Labor Day. Bar-b-que grills are available for your use. All bedrooms have inside the room locks, mini frig, Wi-Fi, and Cable T.V.. Guest share the living room, kitchen and property. Pets live on the property. Three dogs, 4 horses and chickens. The $327.00 price is only an average price for all rooms that are available. You may still reserve a single room for the posted rate. We are capable of hosting 14 people in total, in four rooms. (See update) The Blue Feather Room will sleep 1 to 2 people in a queen size bed. This room also rents for 59.00 per night. (See update) The San Kofa room will sleep 1 to 2 people in a queen size bed. The room rents for 59.00 per night. (See update) The Bunk House Room is capable of sleeping 6 to 7 people. The Bunk House Room rents for $150.00 per night. The bunk house has a private bathroom attached. (See update) If you have more than two in your group you are going to need more than one room. You will see the hosts in the common areas tending to property, animals and for safety reasons. Guest share a common living room, kitchen, front courtyard, screened back porch, back yard, and pool area. The pool is open on Memorial Day. The pool is not heated or salt water. Please no children in or around the pool without an adult of 21 years or older being present. Horses are currently available to ride in the coral for $45.00 per hour per horse. Only when weather and supervision is permissible. Guest access Our guest have access to the entire property with a few safety exceptions. The living room, kitchen, porch, back yard, front court sitting area, are all for your enjoyment. All rooms can be rented. If you have a large number in your family you are going to have to rent multiple rooms. During your stay The owners live on the property in a seperate part of the house. We may see our guest in the common areas while tending to the animals, property and for safety purposes. We do share the exits and entrances. Other things to note Shopping centers, local parks, lakes, hiking trails, public catch and release trout fishing, movie theaters, and restaurants are all approximately 15 minutes away. Check in times are after 3:00PM and flexible to those arriving late. Check out time is 12:30 PM.
