Easy drive to a number of other Jersey Shore Beaches as well. FOUR SEASONAL BEACH BADGES AND 2 SPLASH PAD BADGES INCLUDED! The space QUIET HOURS STRICTLY ENFORCED 10PM TO 8AM. NEIGHBORS ARE NOT TO BE DISTURBED BY NOISE COMING FROM THE PROPERTY AT ANY HOUR. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF YOUR GROUP CANNOT BE RESPECTFUL OF NEIGHBORS. The loft is a private unit separate from the main home on the property. It's on a quiet dirt road that backs to conservation land. This home is NOT directly on the water, rather it is a 10 minute walk to the pictures you see of the water. Accommodates as many as 6 with 2 on one queen, 2 on other queen, 1 on twin and 1 on trundle twin. Outside you'll have your own patio area with a table, umbrella, chairs and a propane grill. Guest access On the first floor is a full kitchen with range, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, etc. There is also a dining table with seating for 6. On the second floor there is one large room with 4 beds (2 Queen, and 2 Twin) a couch and chairs, cable TV, central heat and air conditioning, and a bathroom with bathtub amd bidet toilet. There are 2 tvs that have cable access via the xfinity app and all your streaming channels which you are welcome to log into your own accounts. Strong Wifi signal throughout the house. Outside is a patio area with table, umbrella, chairs and a propane grill. The two garage bays of the unit are storage and utility space for our company so staff may be utilizing that space during the day for supplies and/or laundry. Other things to note This is not a party house. So please do not plan on having a wild party here or your reservation will be canceled and you will lose access to the home and your security deposit. Please BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS. Bath towels are provided but are NOT to be taken to the beach. :) Ocean Gate Beach - The Borough of Ocean Gate requires that Beach Badges are to be worn at all times by individuals 12 years of age and over while using the public beaches and piers. Badges are to be visible at all times. Anyone not wearing the required Beach Badge will be asked to leave until they have obtained a Beach Badge. Splash Pad is open June 15 to Labor Day. Hours are 11:00am - 4:30pm and for children ages 3-11. Children MUST be accompanied by a supervising adult (a splash pad pass is only required for children, while a beach badge is required for the supervising adult). Parking Decals - Seasonal Parking Decals are required from May 15th to September 15th. Pet Fee - $25 per pet per night. Pets are welcome as long they are 100% house trained (meaning no accidents in the house, will not constantly bark, howl, or cry when left alone and will not scratch at the door or chew furniture) completely cleaned up after (poop outside and HAIR inside), and kept OFF the furniture (bedding, furniture, etc.). Upon booking please inform the host that you will be bringing a pet(s) that meets the above criteria and the pet fee(s) will be manually added to the reservation by the host. An additional minimum charge of $50 will be applied for each pet accident or hair cleanup. Please note that the blue house in the front of the property is also an Airbnb rental, so guests may be utilizing that space during your stay. Crib available by request. Bring your own crib sheets.
