The space My listing is very unique for the area. It is extremely comfortable, well appointed, minimalistic, artsy and definitely a niche market as I only do extended stays. I only host one person at a time. Your room is at the end of a long bridge. Please read my reviews to get a feel for what you will be receiving, and I encourage questions before you book. Pet free home and the downstairs spaces are shared. There is also a fantastic community pool....we will share the pool fob for access. It is 25 yards long and heated year-round. Great for lap swimming. P.S. My guests love my Reverse Osmosis faucet, excellent water and very fast. Guest access You have use of all common areas. I do not put any restrictions on when you can use the kitchen or laundry. Please enjoy the house and yard. During your stay I have great local knowledge so ask away!!! Other things to note Vehicle must be a passenger car, SUV, or minivan. No oversized commercial vehicles. Must fit in standard size driveway with no overhang on sidewalk. The community pool key fob is shared, I have it hanging on a lanyard. Association charges $100 replacement fee if you lose it plus it takes a few days to replace. For 2025 I have eliminated the cleaning fee. I hate junk fees.
