The Nine is a modern building with nine rooms: one on the ground floor, four on the first floor and 4 more on the second; all with good lighting/ventilation and with everything that guests may require, both for rest and for work space. Located towards the Ecocentro, immediately from Milenio III, it is very close to the Convention Center and the Central Bus Center. At the entrance of the Fracc. there is a small one with: Pizzeria, Shop, Dry Cleaning/Laundry, and Public Transportation. The space It is a space planned thoroughly to be able to provide room service with all the services needed for the guest where they can have a work or rest time at a very accessible cost. Hygiene measures that for each room, the mattress, sheets, pillows, duvet, chair and table are removed for each room, as well as controls and air conditioning, bathroom and cancellation is washed with chlorinated water, soap and then disinfected for further sanitization, disinfectant gel is also left at the entrance of the building, annex photos in the cathedral. Guest access In each private room there is a double bed; next to it a bureau-size fridge that can be used as such; you will find a large and functional closet; of course bathroom with shower, towels, liquid and bar soap, toilet paper; the guest can use as a desk a sideboard attached to the window, with comfortable cushioned chair; cable TV and internet, all in a private area. In common area, (shared) has at your disposal: equipped kitchen, locker (1 per room), living room and washing area (without machines) ; as well as, garage for 2 cars, without restriction to park in the surroundings of the house. They are only provided with one toilet paper and 2 bottles of water as a courtesy. Housekeeping and personal grooming items are already part of your luggage as a guest. Other things to note Each room has its own locker and inside utensils for everyday use that they may need, without having to take what the other guests; right there they can keep some pantry that they have acquired and everything is under lock and key. Smoking is not allowed inside the building/rooms, as well as parties or meetings. If the guest arrives after 10:00 p.m., please do so with as little noise as possible, out of consideration for those who may be resting.
