The space One level. Amazing views. Lots of privacy and parking. The main house is 3 bed 2 bath. If you’re wanting to book the newly built apartment houses behind it (family reunion perhaps) that will sleep 8 more couples Guest access The morning of your check-in we will text you a seven digit code that will allow you access to the house! Other things to note The garage is accessible to you and it’s where you will find firewood, paddle boards, and two couches that turn into beds if you’re up for moving some furniture! One guest complained about this, but these are for you to use and in no way take away from the beauty of this property. We had a complaint from this same difficult guest about personal items being in drawers. These items are actually items we have left for your use (tampons, razors, soap, shampoo, etc, in case you need them) It was meant to be a little something extra for our guests so you are not having to run 30 minutes there and back. It backfired so I just wanted to make that clear. Due to this same guest’s past negligence, we will not be staying at the behind property during a guest’s stays. The apartment and shop behind the lakehouse are further away than the neighbors house, and occasionally rented out by guests passing through. They do not have access to the house, dock, boat slips or lakeside areas. Although currently listed on a separate site, if you’re in need of more beds and housing, please reach out. With the back apartment this entire property could potentially sleep up to 16 people between the lakehouse and shop. When renting you still have the entire house, parking spots, boat slips and boat dock. The shop was consciously created so that it doesn’t interact or interfere with the lakehouse or privacy of our guests. *see picture of arial view for more context. PETS We ask that you please keep pets off furniture. It takes our cleaning lady a significantly longer time to ensure the house is ready for our next guests as well as extra fees. We reserve the right to charge an extra $100 pet fee if this does happen to occur. Also please make sure you clean up after your four legged friend. Dog cleaning tools are available for you. We appreciate your adherence to this.
