It has a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and plenty of dishes, pots and pans. A deck with seating and a charcoal grill is right outside the door. Our large private dock has a covered gathering area, fishing boat slip with a lift, power and fishing pier. This fantastic location provides convenient access to some of the best freshwater fishing in north Florida. Boat ramps and marina are less than a mile away. In addition, our place is just minutes from Lake Talquin State Forest which offers hiking and mountain biking on more than 10 miles of trails. Guest access You are renting the entire house on a large lot with room to park your trailer. The dock / covered boat slip is equipped with a lift, power outlets to charge your trolling motor and a covered sink and table to clean your catch at the end of the day.
