Built in 2024, the Rappahannock Cottage at Mattaponi Springs sits above the wedding venue and just next door to the golf course. Each king bedroom has its own private bathroom. The common area has a pullout sofa for extra guests, a full kitchen, and dining table. Surrounded by trees and wildlife, this is your refuge from the workweek. The space Four bedrooms with King beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Two have tub/shower and two have glass shower. Common room is open to the full kitchen with island, dining area with long table, one desk, and sofa and soft seating with 55" TV. Sofa has a pullout bed. The house is secluded with trees around and only two neighboring houses. Guest access The entire house and lawn are for your use. Laundry room has two washers and two dryers.
