Welcome to our In-Laws Suite! This is our fully equipped basement that has its own private kitchen, bathroom and living space. We have a Queen bed and a small TV with Netflix that can be used. WiFi available but Its not always very reliable. Oak Park is about a 7 minute drive Downtown is about a 20 min drive We have a park near by and the bus stop right in the corner of our home! The space Our listing/property have areas in it where CEILING ARE SHORTER THAN 6FT. Please make sure you are aware of that before booking. The entrance to the listing is thru the side of the house and then you have to enter thru the back door. We have a lockbox with the keys. This is also private and only you will be using it. This listing is located in up coming neighborhood Austin. Please make sure you do your research regarding the neighborhood. We have ring cameras around the property. There is plenty of street parking available in the streets in front of the home. Guest access You will have access to the entire in-laws suite. Other things to note ** We do not host locals** -We live on the property and have children, you will occasionally hear some noise. - Our home is next to a big street. -Room temperature is controlled by owners.
