A beautiful, comfortable, clean, spacious, modern house in an amazing natural setting. Feels secluded but you are near to town and near many touristical attractions. As the house is located at +550 mts above sea level. It has the perfect climate. Chilly at night (you might want to use thin blanket and wear a vest) and during the day you are perfectly of in shorts and a t-shirts without being hot or cold ( about 22 degrees Celsius or 72 Fahrenheit). The space A very nice house. Perfect for a longer stay. With it's comfy kitchen, good beds and clean bathrooms it's a great place to find the mood and time to do ( a lot of) work/ writing. Digital nomads, snowbirds, writers and people who want to do some soulsearching in a quiet way will definitely love it here. The house is also suitable for families. Younger children can do lot's of handicraft and explorations in the garden. The house is suitable for younger children on the inside too. Due to the easy access and geographical locations it is easy to go to town for the day or evening. When you are looking for (constant) entertainment, Granada is a better destination for you. As the house is build on stilts there a practically no-crawling insects or dust in the house. Guest access Having a car available to you is very recommended as otherwise the house can be too secluded. If you don't have or want to rent a car you can use the service of some recommended taxi drivers. We also have an English speaking driver we can recommend you. Other things to note To get to the Laguna de Apoyo for a swim you should drive/ take a cab. It's a 15 minute ride. You can also take a (challeging) 1 hour+ hike to get to the Laguna (make sure you bring a bottle of water). Well behaved pets are allowed in and around the house but not on the beds and sofa. The house is situated in an open area, so no fencing. Hard dog nails? Please question yourself if your dog will damage the wooden staircase inside the house of if he/ she will scrats the glass doors. If so then this house is no good for you. Scratched glass and staircase will be charged.
