This cozy little house is found in Tronodora, overlooking Lake Arenal in Costa Rica. Tico Breezes is ready to be your home away from home while you explore beautiful Costa Rica. Casita has 735 sq ft including a covered front sitting area, with views of lake We have a beautiful, protected pool installed in the space above the casita, close to the main house. There are pool toys, steps for easy access to the shallow end, a bamboo shower and bathroom nearby. Colored lights and music, too The space Master bedroom features queen bed, mattress, linens, pillows, ceiling fan, large walk-in closet, two large windows for natural light and breezes, plus lake view from bed! All the doors and windows have screens. Guest bedroom offers two twin beds, mattresses, linens, ceiling fan, two large windows for that lake view. New: dedicated work space in guest bedroom Guest bath with its walk-in shower, sink and vanity can be reached from either the guest bedroom or the living room. Living room has a new Sonos sound system and access to large collection of music. Owners also provide a list of DVD’s to enjoy free of charge. The temperate climate here at the lake means we don’t need air conditioning nor do we need to heat the casita. If it gets chilly, there lots of blankets in the walk-in closet Kitchen is fully furnished with microwave, stove, refrigerator/freeezer, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender and double sink. The kitchen also includes utensils, cookware, flatware, glasses, coffee mugs, basic spices and many other small necessities. Full size clothes washer/dryer, hot water tank, free wi-fi on secure network, and DVD player. No smoking inside the casita, but outside is okay. Well behaved children and pets will be considered, as well. Included in price is a housekeeper every two weeks. The same wonderful lady that cleans our home will come to clean the casita, change linens, etc. while you are here. No need for you to do any major housekeeping while on vacation. Guest access Enjoy this private little slice of jungle with many fruit trees and tropical birds. The view from above the main house is amazing. The plants here were planted to provide food and shelter for local wildlife. Enjoy bird watching from porch or jungle trails on property.
