Whether cozying up at the end of a chilly day on the slopes, or after hiking and exploring state parks, this hygge home is what you need to warm up, refresh and relax. The backyard is fenced for your furry friends. The fence is 4' high. Guest access Please enjoy the whole home plus backyard during your stay. There are laundry facilities on site which you are welcome to use. Other things to note We have toys and games for kids, plus a niche for kids to sit and read, build lego, or play board games. The main floor has a 70" TV with sound bar and subwoofer to make the most of movie night! This is a smart TV with Netflix and basic cable. The master bedroom also has a tv and couch - it's an additional place to relax for a couple people. Laundry is on the main floor off the master bedroom. Little Valley is a small town, but there is a Dollar General down the road if you find you need supplies. Crosby's gas/convenience store sells firewood, and makes some decent pizza too! If you're looking for dinner options, we recommend the Ellicottville Brewing Company in town. The Bear Brick bar/restaurant is close by as well.
