Gunnison Bend Reservoir is the perfect bird-watching location and is so relaxing. Our location on the water is shallow, perfect for kayaking, pedal boating, paddle boarding, and even jet skiing. Boats can be launched from the main beach, only a couple of minutes away. There is a great dock there too! All spring and summer we have beautiful water to enjoy. Fall and winter the water levels go down and the river and mountains are your gorgeous views. When it snows, our property is great for snowmobiles! This listing is for the location/hook-ups only. You will need to provide YOUR OWN camping equipment. Campers/RVs, all are welcome! Our property has a permit for long-term stays as well. Inquire about monthly rates. Currently, we have water, septic, electricity (50 amp), garbage service, wifi, and plenty of space for dry camping. Our private beach has new sand, a firepit and table and chairs. Gunnison Bend Reservoir has fluctuating water levels. Our location on the water is shallow. Boats can be launched from the main beach, only a couple of minutes away.
