Surrounded by local restaurants, attractions and just a short 10 minute drive from I-77. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or en route to another adventure, we’re on the way! The cottage promises both rustic charm with the conveniences of the modern world. Outside there is a gorgeous patio featuring string lights for relaxing in the evening or watching the sunset. It is equipped with a gas fire- pit and grill. Please ensure that the gas is turned off after each use. There is also a propane fire pit to the right side of the house for you to enjoy! Inside there is a fully-equipped kitchen that includes a ceramic stove top oven, coffee maker, full size refrigerator, pots, pans, dinnerware, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. A dining table under windows with a mountain view and a washer and dryer for you to use! The master bedroom includes a king size bed, complete with soft sheets, a flat screen tv, a closet and dressers for storage. In the closet you will also find extra pillows and blankets. The cozy living room includes a plush sectional, easy access USB- equipped end table to charge all of your devices, and a 55” smart tv. Bathroom is fully stocked with quality towels and essential toiletries. You’ll find extra towels, wash clothes, and hand towels in the cabinet adjacent to the bathroom. The second bedroom includes a full size bed with a night stand that is also USB-equipped for easy charging, a flat screen TV and a closet for hanging clothing items. House rules: No parties and events Only dogs allowed (1 pet max). There is a one time $40 pet fee. Please pick up after your pets. No pets allowed on furniture or beds. Dogs must be leashed when walked outside. Smoking allowed outdoors only. Please dispose of butts.
