We want anyone supporting the academy, the Lower Hudson Valley, and the greatest city in the world, to enjoy it all. The space Our property is a quaint historic home, steeped in the historic lure of the lower Hudson Valley. At the corner is the mighty Hudson River- go north and south to study the grand homes of the elite and the charming artistic towns rich with well-curated restaurants and shops. Hike, kayak, take a ferry ride to a local castle! Just 40 miles from Manhattan- this area is a cultural mecca of the past and the future. With a deep backyard you’ll feel like you’re in the woods even though we are in a regular neighborhood and just off the palisades parkway. Close to the Metro North train into Manhattan and surrounded by a dozen walkable unique towns filled with art museums, great food, shopping, music and theatre venues. You will have private access to an entire first floor, full kitchen and huge garden window overlooking our small pond, a deck, yard, living room, your bedroom, and full bathroom. The bedroom has a Queen bed, antique desk, and dresser. Guest access You have unlimited access to the first floor and yard. Please do not go up the stairs, we have the upstairs torn apart for renovation. You have your own full bathroom, please leave used towels on the floor. We will let you know when we will be at the home - but you have the whole first floor. Other things to note You will have WIFI and HULU and Amazon Prime on the television.
