We provide necessities such as Keurig coffee maker with plenty of pods, body soap, shampoo, and basic cleaning supplies. Dishes, silverware, and cookware are available. The home has a large fenced yard with plenty of room to park your trail riding, fishing, and water toys. A fire pit and four Adirondack chair are provided for your campfire enjoyment. Guest access Home has electronic key code door lock for guest access. Access path to Little Lake Kerr and provided kayaks is a short walk from the home. A free boat ramp is located 10 minutes away at Moorhead Park. The Salt Springs Run Marina and Boat Ramp is 7 minutes away. There is a camper parked at the residence; however, it is off limits. Other things to note This home is located in the Ocala National Forest which we share with all kinds of critters, large and small. Deer, bears, raccoons, coyotes, and alligators are just a few of the large animals in the area. Guests must be "Bear Aware!" NEVER leave trash or food outside the residence or inside a vehicle. When you check out, trash must go with you, and it can be taken to the Salt Springs Recycling center at no cost - 13580 NE 203rd Avenue Rd, Salt Springs, FL 32134.
