Enjoy the chef's kitchen and splendor of the home at your leisure! The space Bedrooms: 3 Kings, 1 Queen, and 1 Twin Bunk. Bathrooms: 3 Full and 1 Half. Living Space: Media room with 80” mounted TV on a pivot and a large L-shaped sectional for the entire guest list to sit back and relax. Kitchen: Chef’s kitchen complete with JennAire appliances, an island with seating for three, and a dining table with seating for eight. Outdoor: The grounds feature a beech tree over 200 years old alongside equally aged and towering specimens interspersed with perennial gardens, a hot tub, front porch, back deck, and fire pit. The original barn structures are well-maintained and on the grounds as well. Other things to note You can rest easy knowing your stay is covered with $1,500 in “All-Risk” Damage Protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection. With “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. This also includes garbage pick up, linen pickup, hot tub service and pool cleanings. - Parking shall be allowed solely in the designated parking spaces - Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. - Weapons are strictly prohibited - Please adhere to safety instructions for fireplaces, firepits, etc. - Due to the risk of fire, please do not charge your electric car on the property. - We do not allow parties or extra guests outside the maximum occupancy allowed on the reservation. We also ask you to follow the good neighbor guidelines and abide by quiet hours after 9 pm. - Please do not trespass on property boundaries - Tents, yurts, and other camping equipment are prohibited
