The space Green Haven is conveniently within easy access to supermarkets, pharmacy, coffee shops, restaurants, hardware store, and more. Guests can enjoy the convenience of having everything they need within reach, making their stay comfortable and hassle-free. This ranch-style house boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, laundry, gym and spacious communal areas. With air conditioning in each room and ceiling fans for those who prefer a fresh breeze, guests can enjoy ultimate comfort during their stay. The expansive fenced-in backyard features a large patio, a sparkling swimming pool, an outdoor shower, and a private underground fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. Guest access *Guests have access to the entire house and property with the exception of an owner's closed in the hallway and a few wall cabinets in the gym area. Other things to note *Owner accepts no liability for loss or injury. Please note that the swimming pool, playground, gym and sports equipment, are used at your own risk. *CHILDREN must be supervised at all times in the backyard once in the pool and/or playground area. *There are Ring Cameras in both main entrances ONLY on the exterior door frames and there are no cameras on the inside the house, no cameras in the backyard. * Please be environmentally conscious by turning off lights, adjusting AC and/or heating when leaving the house. *Please follow our house rules, including check-in at 4 PM and check-out by 10 AM, no parties or events, no smoking and no pets. *We kindly ask our guests to be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially in the summer months. No loud outdoor music or voices after 10 PM. *We expect the house to be left reasonably clean, and any additional cleaning required will be deducted from the deposit.
