Theater Room, game room, plus the largest kitchen outside of a restaurant you have seen. 6 minutes from the interstate, 15 minute drive to Lexington, 9.9 miles to the Kentucky Horse Park, 14 miles to Rupp Arena, 30 miles to the Ark Encounter, The space 8,000 Square feet, Large kitchen with seating for 20+, double oven, 6 burner range with a built in griddle, two 32" farm sinks. Large Theater room with lots of comfortable seating. Your code will be included in your welcome packet. The entire farm is at your disposal. Please no 4 wheelers on the property. Please do not disturb the surrounding horses. Please only park on the driveway, concrete pad or in the garage, do not park on the grass. Other things to note 6 minutes from the interstate, 15 minute drive to Lexington, 9.9 miles to the Kentucky Horse Park, 14 miles to Rupp Arena, 30 miles to the Ark Encounter, 6 miles to Equus Run Vineyard. Also, the pool isn’t a pool it is a very large 20’ swim spa with 1/3 integrated hot tub, the remaining 12’ is a plunge pool 66” deep and is perfect for about 10 people or so just relaxing and hanging out. It has jets the same as a hot tub. Also, for the exercise enthusiasts it has an endless swim option for swimming without the worry of flipping. But bring your A game the highest setting is only for the most experienced of swimmers (which isn’t me).
