Tree species include Birch, Maple and Oak. Bird watchers love the variety of birds that visit the property. In the summer time you can enjoy a walk around the 7 acre property. It is located less than a mile from highway 51, allowing easy access and smooth travels to and from the property. The property has a central gravel driveway that leads from county highway K to each tiny home. Titan is the closest tiny home from the entrance. Each tiny home includes two dedicated gravel parking spaces which are plowed during the winter time.
