The home is within walking distance to the center of the Town of Badin, a few blocks to the boat ramp, and 5 miles to Marrow Mountain. Single car, long driveway perfect for several cars or a boat. INSIDE: Side entrance to an enclosed space with a table and lamp, living room with a couch and 2 sitting chairs, a decorative fireplace, and a 4-person dining table with 2 additional chairs. BATHROOM: 1 Full bath with tub/shower, sink, and toilet. BEDROOMS: Each bedroom has a smart TV and closet. Pillows, blankets and linens are provided. Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed, Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed Bedroom 3: 2 Single Beds KITCHEN: We have cooking basics, K-cup coffee, a stove/oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster oven, an air fryer, a crockpot, and dishware and flatware. We do not have a dishwasher. GENERAL: Free WiFi, keyless entry, linens and towels, in-unit washer and dryer, oil heating and air conditioning, hair dryer, iron/board, trash bags and paper towels, books, and board games. Initial entry requires steps to access a single-story home. The back door entrance has a ramp, but the doors are not wheelchair-width. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property via keyless entry. Other things to note - No smoking - No pets allowed - No events, parties, or large gatherings - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Additional fees and taxes apply - Photo ID may be required upon check-in Additional Information: The fireplace is decorative and no longer working. Due to the long history of use, there may be a trace of the wood-burning smell within the home. We use professional pest control inside and around the exterior, but we can't 100% eliminate all pests inside and outside. Outside, there may be bees, snakes, spiders, ants, deer, foxes, coyotes, rabbits, and other wildlife. Home is not suitable for someone with pet allergies. There is an outdoor doorbell camera near the side entrance. Guest access Guests will be given a code to enter the side doors facing the driveway.
