With three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and ample living space, it comfortably accommodates your entire group. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed with beautiful lake views. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and lots of sunlight. The bottom floor features twin-over-full bunk beds and a sleeper sofa as well as a full bath. This basement level is a perfect hang out spot for young kids and teens complete with kid-friendly decor and arcade machine! Sit and relax on the upper or lower patios to watch the sunrise or walk out directly to the waterfront lawn and docks. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire townhome, as well as amenities such as private community boat docks for swimming, and sunbathing. A temporary door code will be sent within a few days of your stay after booking. Also included with your stay is optional access to the assigned covered boat slip. Bring your own watercraft or rent from the abundant options nearby. Other things to note • 2 assigned parking spots and several unassigned spots available for guests. • Please note that this is a non-smoking property.
