Guest access Full access with the exception of the garage which is not accessible Other things to note We allow up to 2 dogs under 50 pounds with a $100 pet fee. The house is ideal for long term stays and any stay over two weeks require a $500 deposit that is fully refundable upon checkout, as long as there are no damages or excessive cleaning required. We also ask a bi-monthly cleaning be performed during long term stays and will be arranged by the host and billed through the resolution center. Any damages must be reported during check in and inventory is taken after every checkout. Please report any issues immediately. Texas can be very hot in the summer and can have freezing temperatures in the winter. The average AC unit is designed to cool within 20 degrees of the outside temperature. Please do not turn the Nest unit below 72 in the summer. House is in a residential neighborhood and we have a co-host next door. Parties and gatherings above 6 are not permitted.
