Gunnison Bend Reservoir is the perfect bird-watching location and is so relaxing. Our location right on the water is shallow, perfect for kayaking, pedal boating, paddle boarding, and even jet skiing. Boats can be launched from the main beach, only a couple of minutes away. There is a great dock there too! All spring and summer we have beautiful water to enjoy. Fall and winter the water levels go down and the river and mountains are your gorgeous views. When it snows, our property is great for snowmobiles! Enjoy beautiful sunrises over the mountains and water and amazing sunsets over famous Notch Peak! Our TENT SITE include water, garbage service, wifi, private beach, and beautiful water and mountain views! You would have access to two beaches, our shared pavilion, firepits and BBQ. Our kayaks, pedal boats, and paddleboards, can be rented upon request. We look forward to you enjoying Gunnison Bend Reservoir! Guest access You have total access to the southern beach and all around the camping sites, and beautiful trees. Feel free to pick fruit from our orchard. Our family’s pavilion, picnic tables, BBQ, and firepit near our north beach is available. Our kayaks, pedal boats, and paddleboards can be rented upon request. Your own water toys are welcome as well! We do have a flushing toilet and sink in the bathroom. An outdoor shower is available by the pavilion. Bring your own tents! Other things to note Laundry and showers will be available soon. A bathroom with a flushing toilet and sink is available. An outdoor shower at our pavilion is also available. Our TENT SITES have water, electricity, garbage service, and wifi. Bring your own tent. Enjoy our private beach with new sand, a firepit and table and chairs. Gunnison Bend Reservoir has fluctuating water levels. Our location on the water is shallow. Boats can be launched from the main beach, only a couple of minutes away.
