The house is a restored ranch with 1,600 square-feet of living space, covered parking, and a 400 square-foot screened-in patio with a serene garden view. Three bedrooms (two queen beds and one XL twin), 1.5 baths with great water-pressure. Plenty of space to spread out and relax! Pets are welcome, but MUST be including in your booking. It is a beautiful spot where you may encounter lots of bird species and other small wildlife. It is one mile from Oxford but feels very secluded and quiet. We are a family of four who enjoys traveling, camping, hiking, and sports. We love our neighborhood and we absolutely adore our small college town!
