Enjoy the Aquanauts show every Wed and Sat evening from your private deck. **This is a No-Party/No Large Event Private Residence** The space Yard games provided include Giant Jenga, cornhole, and yard dice (Yahtzee). Various family board games, playing cards, and books available to use with the family while soaking up the sun. There is a private dock for guests to swim, fish, and enjoy water activities. 2 Kayaks, 4 standup paddle boards, 2 boogie boards, and an aqua Lilly pad. Anytime near water, safety is paramount so we offer a limited supply of life jackets to supplement your own. The owner's boat is on a boat lift, attached to the dock but is not included in the rental. Excellent bass, perch, and blue-gill fishing off the dock or in one of the kayaks. Walleye and Northern Pike are in the lake, too. During the winter, please be aware the lake may or may not be frozen over. If you walk or fish on the ice, please check thickness before proceeding at your own risk. Please note this property requires use of stairs to access the main living level, kitchen, and bedrooms. Other things to note ++ Upon approval of booking, please provide an email for Host to send an electronic lease agreement ++ This is a duplex with a shared wall dividing two homes. Due to strict HOA and Local Ordinances, no loud or large gatherings are allowed and occupancy is limited to 9 people. This is enforced by the local municipalities.
