This spacious 5 bed 3.5 bath home is located near downtown, walking distance to Main Street! Walking distance to Target, lots of food places! Also only a 20 min drive to Santa Cruz and a 30 min drive to Monterey, Gilroy and Salinas. 10 min drive to Watsonville beaches! The house can accommodate 16 people comfortably. We have A king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 bunk bed with a trundle, a daybed in the master and daybed in the living room. You also have access to the attached studio. The space Upon entering, you’ll enter the main dining area. Straight ahead is the kitchen and living room. There is a half bath located just right of the entryway. Upstairs you’ll find the kids bunk room to the left, the laundry room, the master bedroom with full bath and to the right of the stairs you’ll have the two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath between the rooms. We have a garage, 2 cars inside and 2 car in the driveway. There is also free street parking. Usually the space right in front of the house is available. We have a backyard with covered patio. A fire pit and a grill :) Guest access You have access to the main house! You can enter the backyard through the house, and right entryway as well, for the studio unit. :)
